Our professional edge
Lighter materials that still feel solid
We use premium lightweight furniture ply or birch ply core sheets throughout. You get durable storage without loading your van with unnecessary weight.
Choices that match your build
Our furniture is available as flat pack kits or fully assembled units. That gives you a practical option whether you enjoy fitting it yourself or want to save time.
Made for motorsport use
We design these interiors around the demands of race weekends and regular transport. Your tools, equipment and work surfaces stay better organised when every section has a clear job.

Furniture that works hard on race weekends
Race van furniture needs to do more than fill space. It needs to keep your tools, parts and kit secure while giving you a proper place to work when the pressure is on. We manufacture practical interiors for motorcycles, karts, race cars and support equipment, using lightweight furniture-ply or birch-ply core sheets that can handle regular transport.
That lower weight matters when you're trying to keep your vehicle efficient without giving up storage or strength. We build every setup with real use in mind at Vehicle Furniture NI in Carryduff, so your van feels organised instead of chaotic. When drawers, shelving and worktops are where you need them, race-day prep gets a lot less frantic.
Made to suit the way you use your van
Every motorsport setup is a bit different, so we make furniture for a wide range of van sizes and layouts. You might need a simple bank of storage cabinets for spares, a fuller support van with workstations and equipment storage, custom vehicle furniture, or even campervan kitchen units for multi-purpose builds. Our standard kits are available as flat-pack units for self-assembly, and we can also supply fully assembled furniture for an additional fee.
During selected periods, we also take on custom manufacturing for more tailored layouts, subject to availability and a design fee. Vehicle Furniture NI keeps the process straightforward, which is handy when you've already got enough on your plate before an event.
